Sketch Proposal

This is a presentation consisting of a plan drawing and various images based on a detailed analysis of the site, its constraint and opportunities, the design brief and consultations with the client and other stakeholders. The sketch proposal shows the general layout of hard and soft landscape (paving, structures and plantings) and their connection to indoor spaces. 3D illustrations can also be provided additional to the above work. A Sketch Proposal is useful to show to potential funders of your project, and to stimulate interest and enthusiasm among all stakeholders.

Detailed Proposal & Production Information

This part of the work takes the Sketch Proposal and turns it into a set of contractor's drawings which can then be built. They include soft and hard landscape as well as other details, drawn to the appropriate scale.
